Bethany is a mom, wife, and cake lover with a passion for helping others feel confident in their finances. She enjoys staying active with her family, relaxing with reiki massages, and cheering on her children at their sports activities. With over 15 years of experience in both the public and private sectors, she holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from North Central College in Naperville, IL and is an Enrolled Agent with the IRS. Bethany was drawn to tax and accounting through a lifelong love of numbers and problem-solving. She finds purpose in helping families and small business owners reduce stress around finances so they can focus on living their best lives.
Ami
Operations Manager
Ami is the Operations Manager at Vitality Tax & Advisory and Bethany’s right-hand, bringing together the people, systems, and moving pieces that keep the firm running and growing. With experience in accounting and bookkeeping, operations, technology, automation, and team leadership, Ami loves turning ideas into systems that actually work. She is passionate about making things simpler for the team, creating a great client experience, and helping Vitality continue to move forward without losing sight of what matters most - supporting its clients. When she’s not keeping Vitality moving, Ami enjoys spending time with her family, finding great food, and diving into the newest must-watch shows and movies.
Amanda
Bookkeeper
Amanda joined Vitality in August 2022 and has been instrumental in ensuring clients have clear, accurate records. With a keen eye for detail, she thrives behind the scenes, keeping operations running smoothly. Outside of work, she is a proud boy mom of three and married to her best friend. She loves spending time with her family and winding down with a good movie.
Janelle
Bookkeeper
Janelle is a wife and mom of four boys, so she’s no stranger to staying organized, keeping up with a busy schedule, and handling a lot of moving pieces at once. She brings that same attention to detail and organization into her work as a bookkeeper.
Janelle has a background in accounts receivable, credit and collections, and bookkeeping. She enjoys working with numbers and figuring things out, but what she really loves is being able to help make things easier for someone else. She understands that bookkeeping isn’t always the part of running a business that people enjoy, and she’s happy to be the person behind the scenes making sure the details are taken care of.
When she’s not working, you’ll usually find Janelle spending time with her husband and boys, working on something creative, or finding a new project to keep her busy. She loves learning new things and is always looking for ways to grow, both personally and professionally.
Janelle is excited to be part of the Vitality team and looks forward to building relationships with clients and helping them feel more confident about their businesses and finances.
